Pandora is awesome.

I know some people hate the music radio app, Pandora. But it's totally rockin' right now. I'm at work early, just hanging out. And I have a Classic Rock station on Pandora. And it's totally getting me pumped! I feel like it's putting me in a better mood, just by listening to ACDC, Led Zeppelin, and The Who.
I really just want to download and buy a bunch of music now.

It's crazy how music can do that huh?
How it can put you in the best moods, or even just chill moods. It's really cool, how music has that effect on someone, to the point where it effects your emotions.

To all you people that hate Pandora.
Listen to the classic rock station.
It's just the right amount of a rock'n'roll fix.

Yay I'm not broke anymore!

So it's actually been awhile since I've been to a show. I've been aching for it. But I finally had an opportunity for a couple shows!

Ever since I reviewed Wolfmother's new album 'New Crown', I have been waiting for them to tour on the west coast. And guess what! They're going to be here July 25th in San Francisco! I'm so excited! I already know, my heads going to hurt from head banging, my feet are going to hurt from dancing, and I'll have a ringing in my ear for a couple days. But it's all going to be worth it. I can tell that Wolfmother is going to be amazing. Get ready for a show review!

Also this Friday, The Menzingers (who I could not get out of my head for weeks), and PUP are going to be playing in SF. I'm stoked for that as well, it should be a good show. But I have not seen these dudes perform yet. But from what I've heard, they're awesome.

Yay for shows!
I really missed it.
Oh, loud concert shows, how I need you in my life!
It's not sad...really, I swear.

MUSIC LOVERS UNITE!
Okay, I'm going to stop typing now....

LOOK WHO I FOUND!!

*Sigh* I didn't really find these guys... :[
Chris found them on Bandcamp and then played them when we were sitting outside on our deck. But I discovered them though, right? It still kind of counts...maybe.

Any who, it's this great alternative rock band called Knuckle Puck. If you're a fan of Taking Back Sunday or Man Overboard, I know for a fact you will love this band. I was listening to a few songs of theirs and it totally reminds me of Taking Back Sunday's, 'Tell All Your Friends' album. It's like if TBS and Man Overboard had a baby, it would be Knuckle Puck. They have the edgy rock vibe, and the yelled backing vocals down.

Check these dudes out, seriously. DO IT!

Oh hey, what do ya know... they are actually on tour with Man Overboard. Sweet.

The Black Keys- Turn Blue (Summary)

Okay, I know I'm EXTREMELY  late. Which is why this is only going to be a summary of what I thought of the album.

Tracklist:
  1. Weight of Love
  2. In Time
  3. Turn Blue
  4. Fever
  5. Year In Review
  6. Bullet In The Brain
  7. It's Up To You Now
  8. Waiting On Words
  9. 10 Lovers
  10. In Our Prime
  11. Gotta Get Away

Being a long time fan, I was really excited for the new TBK album. The band came out with their new single "Fever", which is ridiculously catchy. The bass line throughout the entire song was so funky. But one thing that did bum me out on their new album, was that TBK left their blues sound behind and became some pop alternative band. Sure they still are really catchy and dance-able. But some of the blues feel that they had just made them the really chill band to listen and hangout to. Now it's got it's smooth soul and a little bit more pop into it. It's pretty good but I like the old 'Keys better. I still love the band, and I still think they are really good. But their old sound was a better fit for them.

Sorry guys :[
